Please review our booking policy carefully: All food, as it is (catered in) must be order 4 days ahead of your arrival. Cancellation or Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will not be accepted. No Refunds: We operate a strict no-refund policy. Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes to your reservation. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your booking, the experience will still end at the originally scheduled time. Unfortunately, no extensions will be provided, and the full service fee will apply.
